Adaptive Reuse
Blending History and Innovation Together.
The historic 1927 two-story structure will be adapted into a restaurant and business accelerator space. The building will receive two additional stories of residential units, terraces, and patios. The adaptive re-use project is located in a blighted area and features innovative workspaces, community courtyard, and new residential opportunities. The Selden Innovation District is characterized by walkable, multi-block areas of active use development that support efficient collaboration
Key elements of the exterior and interior are preserved, making the building a cultural asset within the Willis-Selden Historic District.
