Once home to the world's second-largest department store, the Hudson's Site will re-emerge as one of the country's premier office, residential, and retail developments. The Hudson's Site will feature office space designed specifically for a high-performance technology companies. The office space will feature floor plans that wrap an atrium ensuring plentiful daylight and visual connections to the shopping and dining complex below.
The design will encourage people to spend time exploring all the amenities including a pedestrian through-cut, ground floor market, retail spaces, and a performance, space with a 1,500 person capacity.
